Eleanor Brown running a Word-Hoard workshop during a Reading Sheffield event held in the Carpenter Room, Sheffield Central Library as part of Off the Shelf Festival 2014.
Eleanor Brown is a Sheffield based poet and award winning author of Maiden Speech (Bloodaxe, 1996) and Franziska (adapted from Frank Wedekind, Oberon Books,1997).
Rooted in her responses to every one of our Sheffield reading journeys, Eleanor’s poems create new stories which help us reflect on the way reading shapes our identities and our sense of the world we live in. These poems part of her 2019 collection, White Ink Stains, published by Bloodaxe.
